arades is an owner-managed IT consulting and engineering firm based in Offenbach am Main. We've been deep in the Microsoft stack for over 20 years — from CRM 3.0 to Dynamics 365 and Copilot — and for several years we have been building a second pillar in parallel for platform-independent, sovereign architectures.
Who we are
We're a mid-sized consulting and engineering firm with a compact group of practitioners. Deliberately small: you speak directly with the people who actually develop and implement — no account-manager layer, no translation losses, no polished status reports.
Our focus for over 20 years has been Microsoft. We've followed the platform from CRM 3.0 through Dynamics CRM to today's Microsoft Dynamics 365 world. We are a Microsoft Partner and Microsoft Licensing Partner, and we're confident in the depth that comes with it.
In parallel, we have built a second pillar: Independent Engineering. Custom software, OpenAI integrations, and sovereign architectures for mid-sized companies that, for regulatory or strategic reasons, don't want — or aren't able — to put everything inside the Microsoft world. We don't sell a platform; we deliver the answer that fits the question.

Location
We are at home in Offenbach am Main, at the edge of the Frankfurt economic area. From here we work nationwide, with occasional on-site meetings for discovery or workshop phases. Most project work runs remotely — GDPR-compliant, with clear communication routines and without unnecessary travel hours.
