About us · Careers

Careers at arades — small team with ambition.

With us you work directly with senior practitioners, in project teams of typically three to five people. Real responsibility early, Microsoft certification program, deliberately flat hierarchies. We grow slowly and deliberately — value before speed.

What we offer

Four points where we differ from larger firms.

We know we can't compete with large consulting firms on some points — career paths, international engagements, brand recognition. In exchange, we have other strengths that make the difference for many applicants.

Direct contact with senior practitioners

From day one, you work with people who have been doing Microsoft Dynamics 365 since the CRM 3.0 era. We share our knowledge actively — no knowledge silos, no pseudo-mentoring programs, but real reviews, pair programming, joint architecture decisions.

Small project teams

Three to five people per engagement. You see the entire lifecycle — discovery, design, implementation, training, application care. Not a pure specialist role where you only handle a single detail.

Real responsibility early

Trainees take on their first independent work areas from month 6. Senior profiles immediately carry responsibility for architecture and client communication. We trust you with more than a corporate onboarding does.

Microsoft certification program

We cover study time, exam costs, and test slots. At least one relevant Microsoft certification per year — MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, PL-200, PL-400, MB-700, AZ-204, depending on role. We plan the content together.

Open positions

Four roles we are currently filling.

How the selection process runs

Four steps from application to contract.

We deliberately keep it transparent. You know at all times where you stand — and we take the time to really get to know you, rather than filtering by CV checkboxes.

01 · 30 min

Preliminary call

By phone or video — we mutually clarify whether the role fits the person. No test assignments, no HR filter questions. You speak directly with someone from the practitioner team, not with a recruiter.

02 · 60 min

Technical interview

An in-depth conversation about the technical topics of your future role. For Microsoft positions, with a system demo; for Independent Engineering, with a code review of your own work; for trainee positions, with a practical task.

03 · 60 min

Team interview

You meet the team you would actually work with. We skip stress interviews — we want to see whether the working chemistry fits. Both sides can decline, both sides can raise concerns.

04 · Contract

Offer & start

Within a week of the team interview, you receive our written offer — or an honest rejection with reasons. We agree on the start date together, typically with 4–8 weeks of lead time.

No matching role?

Speculative applications are welcome.

If you have a role in mind that our careers list doesn't reflect — write to us anyway. We grow slowly and deliberately, and some profiles we need as soon as the right person appears: data migration, older Microsoft CRM versions, solution architecture with a Microsoft-and-non-Microsoft mix.

By email to: karriere@arades.de — with a short introduction of what appeals to you and what you bring. The CV can come later.
