You speak with the people who actually develop and implement. No account-manager layer, no translation losses, no polished status reports. That's why we deliberately remain a small team — and prefer depth over breadth.

How we're set up

Practitioners who have a say — no traditional org chart.

We deliberately skip the classic hierarchy chart. At our size, that would be theater. Instead, we organize in project teams of typically three to five people — with clearly distributed roles, but flat decision-making paths.

What this means for you as a client: the person in your initial conversation is also the person operationally responsible for the project. If you have a technical question, the person who built the system answers it — not someone who first has to check with colleagues behind the scenes.

Inside as outside. The way we treat clients is the way we treat each other internally.

Directness

We speak plainly. If a project does not work in our view, we say so before the contract is signed. If a status report looks bad, we write exactly that — without sugar-coating.

Depth

We deliberately stay specialized. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Copilot, Independent Engineering — that's a lot. But we don't try to do everything. Anyone needing Outlook migration is better served by another partner.

Honesty

Even when it costs us engagements. We have repeatedly declined projects because another partner was a better fit or because the project was unrealistically sized. Every time, this has paid off in lasting trust.

Pragmatism

We build what works. Microsoft, when it fits. Independent, when it must. Hybrid, when that's the truth. We don't love platforms — we respect solutions that do their job well.
