The arades Consulting Group is a Dynamics 365 consultant network of experienced senior practitioners. Focus: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Copilot. Extended by engineering professionals, compliance consultants, change managers and industry experts — from the German-speaking region and other European countries.
We are not a corporate group and not a consulting pyramid. We are an alliance of self-employed Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultants who together take on larger engagements — under the brand and with the contractual clarity of arades GmbH.

arades GmbH is the contracting partner for all engagements. You carry no engagement risk vis-à-vis the customer and no liability beyond standard professional indemnity. What you deliver belongs to you — what uses the arades brand and methodology is clearly regulated.
We meet professionally each quarter. What we share stays among us. Who takes on which engagement we handle collegially — no one will take customers away from another partner.
You are not bound for life. Contracts are arranged with clear termination options. Anyone who is not comfortable can leave — no drama, no customer-protection issues.
Quality standards
Six minimum standards that apply to every partner in the Consulting Group.
10+ years of practice in the respective specialization (Senior Partner). Associate from 3 years, Partner from 5 years.
EU-wide recognized professional indemnity insurance with documented coverage amount.
Where relevant: current Microsoft certificates (e.g. MB, PL, AZ series) — matching the specialization.
Binding code of conduct for engagement behavior, knowledge exchange and conflict resolution.
GDPR-compliant data processing. Clearly regulated IP rights between partner, arades GmbH and customer.
Defined procedure for conflicts between partners or with customers — mediation before escalation.
Contractual clarity
arades GmbH is the contracting partner for all engagements. You enter into contracts exclusively with arades GmbH — never directly with individual partners. From this it follows:

European reach
We are deliberately building the Consulting Group with partners from several EU countries — in particular Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy and the Benelux states. This lets us also take on cross-border engagements.
A German bilateral trade association, a French group with a German subsidiary, an Italian mid-sized company with sales in DACH — we can serve all three from a single source, with partners who know the relevant language and market reality.
Founding Partners
arades is admitting the first Senior Partners in 2026 — deliberately bypassing classic consultancy structures. Those joining the first cohort receive four concrete founding-member advantages that later partners will not have in this form. The list of signed Senior Partners — with photo, specialization and market experience — will be published on the Partner overview as soon as the first contracts are in place.
While the network is small, Founding Partners get first allocation of matching engagements. Only when you decline or are at capacity does the engagement move to another partner. With later admissions, allocation typically rotates among partners.
The first partners actively shape the standards of the Consulting Group — how we show up, how we run engagements, how we resolve conflicts. Later the standards are established and new partners integrate into them.
Up to the 10th Senior Partner: leaner vetting process, faster contract phase, fewer formalities. From the 11th partner on, the documented application process is strictly applied.
Founding Partners are shown first on the public partner page, named in engagement pitches, and referenced in press releases for the group launch. Visibility effect in the DACH market.

When a client engagement matches your specialization, we offer it to you first. You decide whether to take it on — if you have a capacity bottleneck or it does not fit, it goes to another partner. We respect all partners' existing customer relationships and stay out of them.
You carry the liability of your professional indemnity insurance — as is usual for a self-employed consultant. arades GmbH carries the contractual liability vis-à-vis the customer as the contracting partner. The interface between your liability and ours is clearly regulated in the framework agreement.
The exact split is defined in the framework agreement per partner type and is market-standard. Rule of thumb: you receive the majority of the engagement fee, arades retains a share for contractual obligations, back-office, acquisition and brand stewardship. The terms are transparent and openly communicated before signing.
Yes. If you know a partner from the Consulting Group by name and want to work with them, we route the request directly to them. We respect existing personal relationships and never pull anyone into an engagement against their will.
You are not bound for life. The framework agreements have clearly defined termination options. When a partnership ends, we handle the handover of ongoing engagements transparently — no drama, no customer-protection dispute. Your own customer relationships outside the group are unaffected.
