arades GmbH as contracting partner Three partner tiers · Associate / Partner / Senior Partner EU/EEA area · seven target markets 2-hour response as service signature

Three partner tiers

Three tiers with clear expectations.

The Consulting Group is not "one size fits all". Three partner tiers with different experience levels, different contractual depths and different engagement roles.

Associate

Entry level

3-5 years of experience

Profile: own specialization in build-up, first years of self-employment.

Expectation: project-by-project contribution on clearly defined tasks — no independent engagement responsibility.

Affiliation: light framework agreement, no brand license.

Core profile
Partner

Senior

5-10 years of experience

Profile: senior with clear specialization in one of the three topic categories.

Expectation: independent engagement ownership under the arades brand — sales runs through arades, delivery through you.

Affiliation: full framework agreement with brand license.

Senior Partner

Lead position

10+ years of experience

Profile: senior with own brand, industry knowledge, own customer base.

Expectation: lead position on larger engagements, co-acquisition of new clients.

Affiliation: full framework agreement plus co-responsibility for group development.

What you gain as a partner

Seven concrete advantages.

No marketing slogans — seven points that senior practitioners feel as added value in practice.

Predictable engagements

arades-branded engagements with a clear compensation structure. You know in advance what you receive per sprint or per engagement — no hour-by-hour roulette.

Brand protection

You appear under the arades brand and gain the pitch impact of a larger organization. Solo consultants typically have a harder time in the pitch than alliance partners.

Contractual clarity

arades GmbH as contracting partner protects you legally. You carry no engagement risk vis-à-vis the customer and no liability beyond professional indemnity.

Collegial network

Quarterly meetings, shared Slack/Teams channel, professional exchange. Knowledge without competitive pressure — we share what helps.

Specialization instead of generalist pressure

You do what you do best. No one forces you into a generalist mask in the pitch. Other partners cover adjacent disciplines.

Group engagements

Larger engagements that you could not take on alone become accessible. Three specialists under the arades brand get further than three individual pitches.

European engagements

You can participate in cross-border engagements without having to build an international company yourself. arades takes care of contracting, billing and language coordination.
