Services · Health Checks
Fixed-price diagnostics for Microsoft solutions. The deliverable is a report — no obligation, no hidden follow-on costs. You pick the right package, get an appointment quickly, and a written finding at the end. Four variants to choose from, from a one-day baseline to a deep Solution Health Check.
Managing Directors · Owners
You know your system isn't running smoothly, but nobody says clearly where it's stuck. Our Health Check delivers the diagnosis at a fixed price (prices on request) and in a short time. You get a report with findings, risk assessment, and prioritized actions in euros — as a clean foundation for the next investment decision, without open-ended hours.
Department Heads · Business Lines
When you request budget internally for remediation or re-implementation, you need evidence — not gut feelings. We deliver a documented health report with target-vs-actual comparison, risk matrix, quick wins for the next 30 days, and a medium-term roadmap. Suitable as a decision template for steering committee, procurement, and CFO — formatted ready to use.
IT Leadership · CIO · Solution Architect
We check solution layering, unmanaged drift, plug-in performance, workflow telemetry, Power Platform tenant settings, DLP policies, environment strategy, storage and API limits. Result: a technical KPI report with concrete findings, CVSS-like risk assessment, and remediation path. Directly with the specialist — no sales filter in between.
For Managing Directors · fixed price · prices on request
A Health Check is not daily-rate business but a clearly scoped delivery package: defined effort, written report at the end, price known before commissioning. If the finding is unremarkable, we say so openly — and you have the clarity, at the agreed fixed price, that no more expensive investment is needed. What the CFO sees: one line item, one delivery date, one outcome.
For Department Heads · steering-ready report
Deliverables: 12–20-page PDF report with executive summary, findings catalog, prioritized risk matrix, quick wins for 30 days, and remediation roadmap. Plus business-case skeleton for the next investment proposal. With that you go cleanly into steering committee, procurement, and CFO — with evidence instead of gut feeling. Discovery Spike character, clearly scoped.
For IT Leadership · 45-min architecture conversation
Topics: solution layering and unmanaged drift, plug-in pipeline performance, workflow and flow telemetry, Dataverse storage trends, API limits, environment strategy, DLP policies, tenant settings, Power Platform CoE maturity. Findings with severity, technical KPI baseline, and remediation path. Directly with the specialist — no account manager layer.

Frequently asked questions
A Health Check is fixed-price diagnostics with a defined timeframe, defined scope, and a written report as the outcome. Normal advisory typically runs by effort and ends open-ended. With a Health Check you pay a flat fee for the diagnosis — no timesheets, no hidden engagement seeding.
No. The Health Check is calculated standalone and ends with the report. We recommend follow-on actions, but you're free to implement them internally, with your current service provider, or with us. No hidden follow-on costs, no obligation.
You receive a written report with findings, risk assessment, and recommendations — as a PDF, belongs to you, no usage restriction. You can share the report internally, hand it to service providers, or use it as the basis for audit and compliance evidence.
Yes. The report is delivered to your named contact and can be distributed freely internally. On request we run a 60-minute results session with your team — for the larger packages this session is already included.
That depends on the chosen package. The Dynamics 365 Health Check (1 day) is a structured baseline with customization review and risk flagging. The Solution Health Check (5 days) goes into code review, plugin analysis, performance mining, and architecture assessment. For even deeper analysis we refer to our Take-Over Assessment or Knowledge Recovery.
