Services · Microsoft Certification Coaching
You're an experienced practitioner preparing for MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, MB-280, PL-200, or PL-600. You don't want a 5-day course — you want structured support over 8 weeks with a weekly session and quick support. Three fixed-price formats — Standard, Intensive, and Group (prices on request). 2-hour response to learning questions.
What this is
Microsoft Certification Coaching from arades GmbH is not a training course and not a bootcamp. It's structured 8-week preparation with a weekly session, quick support, a learning plan, and exam strategy — made for experienced practitioners who want to document their senior profile with a Microsoft certification.
Anyone who needs Microsoft-official content in one block is better served by Microsoft Learn, ExperTeach, or Quofox. Anyone who wants to learn in a structured way over 8 weeks — with a senior practitioner at their side who knows the exam math — is in the right place here.
You get eight weekly sessions (60 or 90 minutes, depending on the format), up to two or four quick-support calls per week, a structured learning plan, exercise scenarios from real arades projects (anonymized), and exam strategy tips. The Intensive variant also includes a practice-exam review with feedback.
The 2-hour response to learning questions during the week is the arades service signature. It applies on a binding basis during business hours (Mon-Fri 9 AM – 6 PM CET) and makes the coaching more than just a weekly session — it's continuous learning support over 8 weeks.
Three formats
Three formats cover different learning styles and budgets. Standard for most senior practitioners. Intensive for architect and solution architect topics with extra depth. Group for teams or career changers learning together.
Price on request / 8 weeks
Eight weekly 60-min sessions 1:1. Up to 2 quick-support calls of 15 minutes per week. Structured learning plan, Microsoft Learn path recommendations, exercise scenarios from arades practice, exam strategy.
Suitable for: experienced CE practitioners (3+ years) preparing for MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, MB-280, or PL-200 in a structured way.
Response: 2 hours on learning questions during business hours.
Price on request / 8 weeks
Eight weekly 90-min sessions 1:1. Up to 4 quick-support calls per week. Extended learning plan with architecture discussions, practice-exam review with feedback, deeper test-taking techniques.
Suitable for: senior profiles with architecture responsibility — especially for PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) and combined CE certifications.
Response: 2 hours on learning questions during business hours, plus a dedicated whiteboard slot.
Price on request / participant / 8 weeks
Eight weekly 90-min sessions in a group (3-5 participants). Shared Slack/Teams channel for quick support. Structured learning plan, exercise scenarios, exam strategy. Minimum 3, maximum 5 participants per group.
Suitable for: career changers, returners, teams with the same certification goal, Microsoft partner employees with volume need.
Response: 4 hours via group channel (Slack/Teams).
Note on exam fees: the Microsoft exam fee is not included in the fixed price. You pay the exam fee directly to Microsoft/Pearson VUE and book the appointment yourself. We recommend exam appointments in week 9 or 10 — with some buffer after the 8 coaching weeks.
Seven certifications
Seven Microsoft certifications cover entry-level to architect profiles. Sensible range from MB-210 (Sales Functional Consultant) to PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect). F&O, Azure, M365 Admin, and AI certifications are not in the current portfolio.

8-week plan
Every coaching follows a 4-phase skeleton tailored to the respective certification. You know in advance what to expect in week 1 and in week 8 — and what self-investment is required between weekly sessions.
Where do you stand? Which topics are familiar, which are not? Intake of the starting situation, joint learning plan, Microsoft Learn path selection. First deepening of the core topics of the respective certification.
Focus topics with the highest exam weight. Exercise scenarios from arades projects (anonymized). Discussion of open questions from self-study. Quick support runs in parallel for concrete clarifying questions.
Case studies, exam scenarios, multiple-choice mechanics. In the Intensive variant: practice exam with review. Identification of gaps, targeted rework.
Final deepening of gap topics. Test-taking strategies, time management in the exam, handling case studies. Recommendation for exam scheduling in week 9 or 10.
Scope of delivery
Your coach
The coaching is done by practitioners — the people who implement Dynamics 365 CE apps and Power Platform solutions daily. MCT alumni status, 10+ years of Microsoft stack practice, senior developer support for technical depth.
You meet your coach in the 30-min initial conversation before you book the coaching. We match your learning starting point, your professional practice, and your certification goal with the right coach. If the first coach doesn't fit, you can propose a switch — at no extra cost.
For technical depth (typical for PL-600, MB-280, or architecture topics) a senior developer joins individual weekly sessions. That's included in the standard fixed price — with no surcharge.
Trust statement: we don't assign junior consultants. Every coach has at least 10 years of their own Microsoft stack practice. Most have held the target certification themselves or accompany it regularly.
Trust statement
No success guarantee. We know from our own exam experience and from coaching other candidates: those who actively participate and do the self-investment pass in the overwhelming majority of cases. Those who see the coaching as sitting through a weekly session don't pass. We structure, clarify, practice — but we don't learn for you.
If the exam isn't passed: honest debrief conversation and a reduced follow-up slot (two 60-min sessions for targeted re-preparation), without a new fixed-price booking. In return, we expect an honest assessment of your own self-investment during the coaching.

Yes. The coaching is for experienced practitioners with at least 3 years of Microsoft practice. It is not a training replacement, not a bootcamp, and not a Microsoft Learn replica — but structured support for experienced professionals through 8 weeks of exam preparation.
Eight weekly sessions (60 or 90 minutes, depending on the format), up to 2 or 4 quick-support calls of 15 minutes per week, structured learning plan, pointers to Microsoft Learn paths, exercise scenarios from real arades practice (anonymized), exam strategy, and test-taking techniques. The Intensive variant also includes a practice-exam review with feedback.
We give no success guarantee. Passing depends on the candidate's investment in self-study. With active participation, failing is rare but does happen. In that case we offer an honest debrief conversation and a reduced follow-up slot (two 60-min sessions) for renewed preparation — without a new fixed-price booking.
Experienced practitioners with MCT alumni status, senior developer support, and 10+ years of Microsoft stack practice. For each of the seven certifications, a coach with relevant specialization is responsible. Before booking, you meet your coach in the initial conversation.
2 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri 9 AM – 6 PM CET) for individual coaching. For group coaching 4 hours, because the Slack/Teams channel serves multiple participants. Both are part of the service signature — binding, not best-effort.
Standard to Intensive is possible at any time against the price difference. Intensive to Standard is non-refundable. Group coaching cannot be converted to individual coaching, but you can additionally book Standard if you need extra 1:1 time.
