Which Microsoft trainings does arades GmbH offer?
We train the entire Microsoft Business Applications world: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights Journeys, Business Central, Project Operations), Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse), Microsoft Copilot Studio, plus Power Platform governance and administration.
In which formats do the trainings take place?
Three formats: In-house training at your site or remote, with your data and processes. Open training classic classroom or remote, topic-specific, daily rate per person. Training subscription fixed annual day quota, flexibly callable, ideal for teams that learn continuously. Pricing on request.
Who trains in the sessions?
Our trainings are delivered by practitioners — the people who implement and support Microsoft applications every day. No PowerPoint battles, no Microsoft sales slides, but content from 20+ years of project practice. Each trainer has at least 8 years of hands-on experience in their training focus.
Can you run Dynamics 365 training with our data?
Yes — for in-house trainings, we deliberately work with your real or anonymized data, your processes, and your vocabulary. This makes the learning effect significantly higher than generic demo data. If needed, we jointly prepare an isolated sandbox environment before the training.
What does a Microsoft Dynamics 365 training cost?
In-house daily rate for an entire group (independent of participant count). Open trainings per person and day. Training subscriptions priced individually by day quota — from 12 days per year significantly cheaper than single training. Pricing on request.
Do you offer learning paths for power users and citizen developers?
Yes — three structured learning paths: Power User → Citizen Developer, Citizen Developer → Solution Architect, Admin → Compliance & Governance Lead. Learning paths combine training days with guided practice phases — typically 8–18 days over 6–12 months.
Do you also train Dynamics CRM (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016)?
We can train legacy systems but for versions before Dynamics 365 (that is, pre-2016) we primarily recommend migration advisory instead of training. The Microsoft roadmap and license models have fundamentally changed since Dynamics CRM 2016 — training on older versions delivers limited ROI. Reach out to us for a modernization conversation.
Can we record the training as video?
For in-house trainings yes, provided we agree in advance — we deliver an edited recording for internal reuse. For open trainings, for privacy reasons (other participants), only by agreement with the group.
