Services · Training

Training that is not forgotten after a week.

A single training changes little. What participants truly master, they learn between trainings — in practice, with their own data, with their own questions. Our dynamic learning program assembles initial training, application phase, follow-up sessions, and coaching into a deliberate learning journey.

20+ years of Microsoft practice 3 formats in-house · online · classroom With your data real learning transfer Training subscription for continuous learning

Management · Owner

Training that does not fade in a week.

Classic 2-day workshops have a half-life of 14 days. Our dynamic learning program stretches over 4–6 weeks with initial training, guided application phases, and follow-up sessions — learning transfer measurable, ROI evaluable. Training subscription as a predictable monthly flat rate.

Department head · Business unit

Training matrix by role and topic — for HR development.

3×4 matrix of topics × roles with clear learning paths for users, key users, solution owners, and IT. Competency proof after each module (for compliance and audit requirements). Train-the-trainer concept for internal multipliers.

IT leadership · CIO · Solution Architect

Technical deep-dives: architecture, ALM, development.

Dynamics 365 customization training, Power Platform solution architecture, Dataverse modeling, Power Fx, M365 DevOps with SPFx and Azure DevOps pipelines. Direct delivery by solution architects as trainers — no certified speakers without practice.

For Managing Directors · learning transfer instead of training receipt

4–6-week program instead of 2-day crash — with measurable ROI.

Classic two-day workshops are forgotten after 14 days and produce zero productivity gains. Our dynamic learning program stretches over 4 to 6 weeks with initial training, guided application phase, and follow-up session. You invest similarly but get actual learning transfer into daily work — and a training subscription makes the value predictable as a monthly flat rate.

Learning concept · differentiation

Dynamic learning program — the learning journey that actually sticks.

Instead of a one-off training: a structured program over several weeks that combines theory, practice, and individual coaching.

Differentiator · arades concept

Building a learning journey (4–6 weeks)

Fixed price · pricing on request · 8–12 participants

  1. Initial training — 1 day, on site, classic introduction with your own data
  2. Application phase 1 — 2 weeks with support attached, participants apply in their daily work
  3. Follow-up session 1 — ½ day online, question-driven (participants bring use cases)
  4. Application phase 2 — 2 weeks with support attached, deepening
  5. Follow-up session 2 — ½ day online, advanced topics
  6. Optional — 1-on-1 coaching slots for key people

Why a learning journey instead of a one-off training?

Research and practice show: after a single training, about 70% of the material is forgotten after 4 weeks. With a learning journey including application phases plus follow-up sessions, retention is around 80%.

Practical difference: Participants come to the follow-up session with real questions from their daily work — instead of a standard training, they get a tailored answer to their concrete hurdles.

When it is not useful: for very small teams (<6 people) or pure onboarding of a single person — 1-on-1 coaching packages work better there.

Training matrix · topics × roles

Which role needs which training?

Three topic areas, four roles — we cover all combinations. Each cell has its own curriculum, depth, and duration.

Three training formats

How to book a training.

Which format fits depends on team size, commitment, and pace. We are flexible across all three formats.

Format 01

In-house training

At your site or remote, with your data and processes. Maximum learning transfer because the training is tailored to your real environment. One trainer, one group, one day — we come to you.

  • Daily rate — pricing on request, independent of participant count
  • With your real or anonymized data
  • Topic mix possible (e.g., half-day Sales + half-day Customer Service)
  • Recording optional
Recommended
Format 02

Training subscription

Fixed day quota per year (e.g., 6, 12, or 24 days), flexibly callable. Ideal for teams that learn continuously — new Microsoft releases, new staff, new features. Significantly cheaper per day than individual bookings.

  • Day price depends on quota
  • Topics freely selectable across the year
  • Annual learning-path planning with our trainers
  • Expiry rule flexible on request
Format 03

Open training

Classic one-day training — at our location, remote, or in a partner training center. Topics from catalog, mixed participants from different companies. Ideal for individuals.

  • Price per person and day — on request
  • Online or classroom-based
  • Training dates in the catalog
  • For multiple people from one company, in-house is cheaper

Learning paths

Structured ways through the Microsoft universe.

Three clearly defined learning paths combine training days with guided practice phases. Ideal as an annual plan for teams that want to build their Microsoft competence systematically.

Path A · Power User → Citizen Developer

From Dynamics 365 or Power Platform user to active maker who builds their own apps and automations. Typically 8–12 days over 6–9 months, with own project phases between training blocks.

Path B · Citizen Developer → Solution Architect

From maker to architect who designs solutions, understands Power Platform governance, and masters ALM. Typically 12–18 days over 9–12 months, including Power Platform governance workshop and ALM practice.

Path C · Admin → Compliance & Governance Lead

From administrator to owner for Power Platform governance, Compliance & NIS2 on Microsoft stack, AI governance, and EU AI Act. Typically 10–14 days over 6–9 months, including governance workshop and compliance assessment practice.

Learning path benefit: Training days are combined with accompanying coaching. After each block week, participants build a piece of real solution — we accompany the practice transfer with defined office hours.

Frequently asked questions

What we clarify before every training.

Which Microsoft trainings does arades GmbH offer?

We train the entire Microsoft Business Applications world: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights Journeys, Business Central, Project Operations), Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse), Microsoft Copilot Studio, plus Power Platform governance and administration.

In which formats do the trainings take place?

Three formats: In-house training at your site or remote, with your data and processes. Open training classic classroom or remote, topic-specific, daily rate per person. Training subscription fixed annual day quota, flexibly callable, ideal for teams that learn continuously. Pricing on request.

Who trains in the sessions?

Our trainings are delivered by practitioners — the people who implement and support Microsoft applications every day. No PowerPoint battles, no Microsoft sales slides, but content from 20+ years of project practice. Each trainer has at least 8 years of hands-on experience in their training focus.

Can you run Dynamics 365 training with our data?

Yes — for in-house trainings, we deliberately work with your real or anonymized data, your processes, and your vocabulary. This makes the learning effect significantly higher than generic demo data. If needed, we jointly prepare an isolated sandbox environment before the training.

What does a Microsoft Dynamics 365 training cost?

In-house daily rate for an entire group (independent of participant count). Open trainings per person and day. Training subscriptions priced individually by day quota — from 12 days per year significantly cheaper than single training. Pricing on request.

Do you offer learning paths for power users and citizen developers?

Yes — three structured learning paths: Power User → Citizen Developer, Citizen Developer → Solution Architect, Admin → Compliance & Governance Lead. Learning paths combine training days with guided practice phases — typically 8–18 days over 6–12 months.

Do you also train Dynamics CRM (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016)?

We can train legacy systems but for versions before Dynamics 365 (that is, pre-2016) we primarily recommend migration advisory instead of training. The Microsoft roadmap and license models have fundamentally changed since Dynamics CRM 2016 — training on older versions delivers limited ROI. Reach out to us for a modernization conversation.

Can we record the training as video?

For in-house trainings yes, provided we agree in advance — we deliver an edited recording for internal reuse. For open trainings, for privacy reasons (other participants), only by agreement with the group.
