Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) — your own programme, your own budget.

You own content marketing, SEO, lead generation and marketing operations for our Microsoft and Independent Engineering offerings — directly with the managing director, with your own budget and your own tooling decisions. There is a running editorial programme and a website in three languages that measurably produces leads. What is missing is someone to lead it as a whole.

What you will own

  • The editorial programme: insights blog and topic pages in German, English and French — planning, editing, quality
  • SEO: keyword strategy, technical hygiene, internal linking, monitoring visibility in Google Search Console
  • Lead generation: whitepapers, calculators and forms along the customer journey, from the first question to the introductory call
  • Marketing operations on the Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys, lead handover to sales, evaluation
  • Campaigns for product launches and partner topics, together with the sales role
  • Positioning: keeping our language consistent — two pillars, one firm, no filler

What you bring

  • At least three years in B2B SaaS or IT services marketing
  • Demonstrable hands-on practice in SEO and content — not only briefing agencies, but building it yourself
  • A feel for an offering that needs explaining: you can write about Microsoft licensing so that a managing director understands it
  • Experience with marketing automation; Customer Insights Journeys is a plus, not a requirement
  • Comfort with data: you decide from numbers, and you say so when a number means nothing
  • Excellent written and spoken German plus confident English — both are a requirement, including in the technical roles; French is a plus for our French-speaking markets
  • Direct customer contact is part of the role: you lead the conversations yourself and do so the way German B2B clients expect — dependable, clear, at eye level

    How the selection process runs

Four steps from application to contract.

We deliberately keep it transparent. You know at all times where you stand — and we take the time to really get to know you, rather than filtering by CV checkboxes.

    01 · 30 min

    Preliminary call

By phone or video — we mutually clarify whether the role fits the person. No test assignments, no HR filter questions. You speak directly with someone from the practitioner team, not with a recruiter.

    02 · 60 min

    Technical interview

An in-depth conversation about the technical topics of your future role. For Microsoft positions, with a system demo; for Independent Engineering, with a code review of your own work; for the sales role, with a qualification and proposal case from our portfolio.

    03 · 60 min

    Team interview

You meet the team you would actually work with. We skip stress interviews — we want to see whether the working chemistry fits. Both sides can decline, both sides can raise concerns.

    04 · Contract

    Offer & start

Within a week of the team interview, you receive our written offer — or an honest rejection with reasons. We agree on the start date together, typically with 4–8 weeks of lead time.
