Seven productized workshops for the most common entry points. You know in advance what you get, what it costs, and when it ends. No timesheet debates, no hidden add-ons. After the workshop, you decide whether and to what extent a follow-up project makes sense.
Why starter packages
Classic consulting offers often start with "let's take a look" and end with timesheets nobody can verify. We do it differently: you book a clearly scoped package. Before the workshop, we set out in writing which questions we'll answer, which artifacts you'll receive, and on what timeline. If a follow-up project makes sense after the workshop, we quote it separately — based on the findings we developed together.
Fixed price per package — we quote a concrete indication in the 30-min initial conversation, once we understand your use case. Travel costs within DACH included. Workshops take place remotely or in Offenbach — on request, and for a surcharge, also on-site at your location.

Tenant audit (M365 data hygiene, permissions, EU Data Boundary), use-case workshop by role, training obligation per Art. 4 EU AI Act. Outcome: readiness score, prioritized use-case list, 4-phase rollout plan.
For whom: companies that have licensed Microsoft 365 Copilot but see low active usage.

For whom: companies switching from their previous Microsoft partner or working without active support.

Training concept per Art. 4 EU AI Act, use-case classification by risk tier, audit-trail template, role-specific training modules for management, power users, and general users. Outcome: documented fulfillment of training obligations before the August 2026 fines phase.
For whom: companies using Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Foundry, or other AI tools.
What comes after the workshop
Every starter package ends with a written outcome document. You can do three things with it:

In the initial conversation, we clarify which of the seven packages comes closest to your need — or whether a custom workshop makes more sense. If none fits, we say so. That's also included in the initial conversation.
