These SaaS Terms of Use govern the provision of arades' own software solutions in the software-as-a-service model over the internet toward business customers. They cover, among other things, the scope of services and provision, rights of use, availability (99.5% annual average) and maintenance, compensation and payment terms, warranty and liability, confidentiality, data protection, contract term and termination, data export after contract end, and the applicable law (law of the Federal Republic of Germany, place of jurisdiction Frankfurt am Main).
Governing law and place of jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. In the event of any discrepancy between a convenience translation and the German version, the German version shall prevail.
