What it's about
Many small businesses, startups and founders still manage an important process in scattered Excel lists and emails — works, until it doesn't. App Kickstart lifts exactly one such process onto a solid basis: we map your data model — central tables and their relationships — in a model-driven app on Dataverse, set up forms, views and a base dashboard, create roles, permissions and users and add base automation. After the half-day training we support you for six weeks into productive operation.
The price is tiered solely by number of users — up to 10, up to 25 or up to 50 users. Over 50 users it's no longer a package but an individual project that we calculate separately. That way the fixed price stays an honest fixed price, not an anchor price for something it can't cover.

What's guaranteed is the output: a working model-driven app with one data model on Dataverse. The price depends only on how many users we set up roles, permissions and training for.

Over 50 users? Then App Kickstart is the wrong format. We calculate larger initiatives as an individual project — based on your actual processes, not as a scaled-up package. All prices net, plus VAT. Prerequisite: Power Platform/Dataverse licenses through arades as CSP.

Adjustment package before go-live
Before go-live you have two rounds: an initial acceptance and a correction loop. In these rounds we adjust non-structural points — field labels, views, minor logic. Structural changes — an additional process, a different data model, a further app — are not a correction but a follow-up project that we calculate separately. That way the fixed price stays reliable.
