Your Microsoft environment has grown, but no one has ever systematically reviewed it against best practices? The Cleanup Starter does that in three stages: review, align, implement — at a fixed price. We guarantee the result, not the effort: you know up front what you get and what it costs.
What it's about
Many small businesses have let Microsoft 365 or another Microsoft environment grow over the years — usually without anyone ever systematically checking whether security, configuration and permissions match best practices. The Cleanup Starter closes that gap selectively: we examine your environment against a best-practice catalog, align the findings with you and implement the prioritized measures within the booked scope. At the end you have written before/after documentation and a prioritized remaining list.
There is deliberately no separate adjustment package: approval is handled by the alignment stage (stage 2), where you decide what gets implemented. The price is tiered solely by number of users — up to 10, up to 25 or up to 50 users. Over 50 users it's no longer a package but an individual project that we calculate separately. That way the fixed price stays an honest fixed price, not an anchor price for something it can't cover.

What's guaranteed is the output: a reviewed, aligned and, within the booked scope, secured environment with before/after documentation. The price depends on how large the environment is that we review and secure.

Over 50 users? Then the Cleanup Starter is the wrong format. We review and secure larger environments as an individual project — based on your actual configuration, not as a scaled-up package. All prices net, plus VAT. Prerequisite: an existing Microsoft environment to which you give us admin/read access.
What's included — definition of done
The Cleanup Starter runs in three clearly separated stages. The alignment stage replaces a separate adjustment package — here you decide for yourself what gets implemented.
Examining your environment against a best-practice catalog — security, configuration and permissions are systematically gone through and documented.
Discussing the findings together, prioritizing them and deciding what gets implemented. This stage handles approval — a separate adjustment package is not needed.
Implementation of the agreed measures within the booked scope. Whatever no longer fits the scope goes onto the prioritized remaining list.
Always included: written before/after documentation that records the starting point and the measures implemented, plus a prioritized remaining list of the points that were not implemented within the booked scope. That way you have a solid basis for later steps.
What's not included — the boundary
Anything beyond that we calculate transparently as a follow-up project — based on what the review and the remaining list have surfaced.
