Many small businesses, startups and founders shy away from getting started with CRM because classic implementation projects feel hard to budget. CRM Starter turns that around: you book a clearly scoped fixed-price package. We map one core process — for example lead → opportunity → quote → close — in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 app, set up users, roles and permissions and import your existing data from one source. After the training we support you for six weeks into productive operation.

The price is tiered solely by number of users — up to 10, up to 25 or up to 50 users. Over 50 users it's no longer a package but an individual project that we calculate separately. That way the fixed price stays an honest fixed price, not an anchor price for something it can't cover.

Over 50 users? Then CRM Starter is the wrong format. We calculate larger introductions as an individual project — based on your actual processes, not as a scaled-up package. All prices net, plus VAT. Prerequisite: ongoing CSP license sourcing through arades.
