You get a configured tenant, the right license fit and baseline security that's solid from day one — the clean start into the Microsoft ecosystem. We guarantee the result, not the effort: you know up front what you get and what it costs.
What it's about
Many small businesses, startups and founders get going with Microsoft 365 quickly and in an uncoordinated way — licenses wildly mixed, no MFA, no clear permission structure. Microsoft 365 Starter lays the foundation correctly: you book a clearly scoped fixed-price package. We configure your tenant through arades as CSP, tailor the licenses to fit, create users and groups and activate baseline security with MFA and a Conditional Access baseline. After the admin training we support you for six weeks into productive operation.
The price is tiered solely by number of users — up to 10, up to 25 or up to 50 users. Over 50 users it's no longer a package but an individual project that we calculate separately. That way the fixed price stays an honest fixed price, not an anchor price for something it can't cover.

What's guaranteed is the output: a cleanly set up tenant with baseline security. Because the tenant setup is largely independent of the number of users, the tiering is deliberately flat.

Why the flat tiering? The tenant setup is largely independent of the number of users: configuration, baseline security and base structure are a one-time effort, regardless of whether 10 or 50 users are created. What grows with the number of users is mainly the effort for creation and training. Over 50 users? Then Microsoft 365 Starter is the wrong format — we calculate larger rollouts as an individual project. All prices net, plus VAT. Prerequisite: ongoing CSP license sourcing through arades.

Adjustment package before acceptance
Before acceptance you have two rounds: an initial acceptance and a correction loop. In these rounds we adjust non-structural points — group labels, license fine-tuning, minor configurations. Structural changes — a different tenant architecture, a full security audit, a data migration — are not a correction but a follow-up project that we calculate separately. That way the fixed price stays reliable.
